Self made chef.
” I’ve been cooking since i can remember, but I started professionally training 10 years ago.

My learning began taking a few Gordon Ramsay master classes, after completing the courses I reached out to Universidad Del Valle De Mexico to continue my training doing a course on kitchen management and restaurant administration. I worked as Food & Beverage manager at The Crown Plaza Hotel for 4 years.

Meanwhile I wanted to take my kitchen even futher, I packed my bags and went to the city of Paris, France. Where I studied cooking at Alain Ducasse’s school and The Ritz Ecoffier, where I learned from 3 Michelin star chef,  Stéphan Buron. 

I love all food, but Mexican food has a special place in my heart and is the one I want to share with the world”

A Poblano is born from the need to bring the true Mexican home cooked flavor to the world. While traveling we saw the misrepresentation of Mexican food that was being sold as such and saw an opportunity to share our recipes with everyone across the continent.

We believe in the power of food and how it brings families and friends together and after the few years we’ve been having we want to give you an excuse to get together with your loved ones and share a special moment with a great A Poblano dish.

We have picked some of the most iconic Mexican plates to bring to people outside Mexico. Each dish represents and important part of Mexican gastronomic culture with hand picked and only fresh ingredients to ensure prime quality and exceptional tase throughout all our products. 

Our goal is that with every product you buy from us you get a real taste of what it’s like to eat in an authentic Mexican kitchen with recipes curated by our chef and passed on by our ancestors to this and future generations
